Isabelle Helms leads the research and market intelligence team at Cox Automotive. In her position, Helms spearheads the efforts to provide research, market intelligence and competitive intelligence to inform decision-making across Autotrader, Kelley Blue Book and the Cox Automotive software division.
Helms’ team works diligently to uncover, understand and deliver the voice of consumers, dealers and OEMs, and keeps a pulse on key trends and data in the industry. Her team is responsible for providing thought leadership to Cox Automotive customers, helping them to effectively market to, and reach, shoppers online. Her team also supports the analytics needs of the Cox Automotive marketing department.
In 2013, Helms was named as a “Women in Remarketing” honoree by Auto Remarketing as recognition for her work in the industry.
Prior to joining Autotrader in 2006, Helms led research and competitive intelligence efforts at AT&T for seven years and spent two years at MCI. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Georgia Southern University and received her MBA from Georgia State University.
